La stabilité des relations internationales et de l’économie mondiale est
bourversée par autant d’enjeux et de défis, tels que les guerres, la pauvreté,
la drogue, le VIH/SIDA, et la déstruction de l’environnement. Les ONGs ont
un rôle important au niveau local afin de participer de manière constructive
au règlement de des tels enjeux transnationaux. JEN depuis se création s’est
spécialisée et intervient surtout en phase post-conflictuelle tant au niveau
de l'action humanitaire d’urgence que par la mise en place de projet à moyen
et long terme afin participer au développement micro-économique des régions
ciblées.
Notre vocation première et de venir en aide aux personnes victimes de conflits et de catastrophes naturelles. Nous intervenons en urgence par la mise a disposition de matériel de première nécessité. JEN se focalise dans un deuxième temps à la réalisation de projet d’infrastructure accompagné par la mise en place de projet visant à rendre les populations le plus rapidement indépendante de l'aide humanitaire.
JEN accumule sont expertise tout au long du cycle du projet: l’évaluation des besoins sur le terrain, la coordination avec les autres organisations internationales, la mobilisation des ressources humaines locales, la géstion des projets, de manière flexible selon les situations variées nous permets au mieux d'anticiper et de préparer l’autonomie des populations. Various problems such as wars, poverty, drugs, HIV/AIDS, environmental destruction and others are threatening the stability of international relations and the world economy. NGOs' activities to solve such problems across international boundaries are highly in need. Many NGOs have developed a high degree of professionalism to meet these needs. JEN is one such NGO, specializing in the realm of “post conflict” assistance. 
Conflicts and disasters deprive people of living foundations. They are hurt mentally and are in a constant state of hopelessness. "Post conflict" support, therefore, means to help these people revive and stand on their feet again. To begin with, we supply goods necessary for survival; then we prepare minimum infrastructure for living. We then support them to heal the wounds of trauma, resume the jobs for which they are skilled, moving step by step until they become completely self-reliant. We support those in challenged positions, and empower the community so that it can move forward to co-existence with different ethnic groups. As doctors strive to bring out the natural healing power of their patients with the belief in their power to live, JEN supports this long and complicated process in earnest and with patience. 
JEN has a wealth of experience ranging from needs assessment at the site of disasters, coordinating with other international organizations, scouting for local manpower and managing support projects to adapting all of these to a variety of situations. We do not execute one-time relief work, but follow an established process to insure sustainable recovery in an area. We set goals, make plans, execute them, and evaluate results.
